Food is good, but staff are terrible. They watch you waiting to place an order for a few minutes and then decide to help. This has been our experience every time we have been here. But the food is nice, so we come back.
Hot and fresh pizza was anything but. Pizza tasted horrible, worse than a frozen pizza from the supermarket and came with the outside warm and the middle cold. Only thing going for them ate the polite staff.
We went to see the movies on weekend at hoyts. So decided to try this burger place before the movie . We ordered 2 chicken burgers, the service is a bit slow. Burgers are good and filling but too expensive $17 for one burger. They weren't warm either
I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering two burgers before heading into a movie. Two classic burgers and fries took 15 minutes. Both patties for both burgers were undercooked enough to be inedible. The staff member behind the counter was professional, apologetic and was happy to refund the money without a problem, as if this was a regular occurrence. This is the first time I have ever returned food as it was inedible, and the last time I will order from Chur Burger. Raw Burger would be a better name!
I ordered at 18:15 last night mind you my movie was starting at 18:50 which is why I ordered early. The guy that was working there was very nice and helpful. HOWEVER, about 20 mins later 18:35 our food still wasn’t ready but I decided to wait more before asking as I’m a waitress myself and I know it can be annoying. At about 18:45 I started getting annoyed as my movie was due to start in 5 mins yet I didn’t say anything again. At 18:50 I finally went to ask. He told us that the burger was ready and he was about to make the salad! 35 mins later and the salad wasn’t ready! We finally got the food 3 mins later. We were late 10 mins for the movie. Here I want to add that we ordered salad, burger and fries but he didn’t hear the whole order so we didn’t even get the fries. The salad was absolutely disgusting. $13 for a bit of cabbage. Also they only had like 3 other orders so they weren’t busy at all! If you were to go there go like 1 hour before your movie and do not get the salad!
On a quiet afternoon waited for 20 minutes for a pathetic excuse for a burger and fries that had some kind of clumpy salt. Very, very disappointing.
Waited patiently to order while a young female staff memeber was cleaning something, after noticing me she continued cleaning, when asked if I could order she informed me she had to get someone else. After waiting a further 10mins plus I approached her again to ask if it would be much longer she grabbed the thing she was cleaning and walked off. Pathetic customer service. Could be a bit hard to make money without serving customers.
Repeatedly disappointing. No such thing as customer service at this place. Even on a DEAD QUIET Sunday afternoon.
I ordered two burgers about half an hour before my movie session was about to begin. The staff took my order, handed me a buzzer and told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes. It was about twenty minutes after that he came to my table and said "Sorry, the buzzers aren't working. What did you order?". When I repeated my order, he handed me two stone cold burgers from his tray and walked away.
Honestly the worst burger of my life. Went on Saturday night got the spicy beef burger. It was raw on the inside the also served me am extra burger which i didnt order so i returned it prior to eating. Turns out i was charged for it though when i checked my account. Tried to eat the burger without the raw patty in it. The brioche bun must of been a week old it was so stale. I considered taking it back but didnt have time to wait half an hour for another one before my movie started. This place needs to shut down or get their act together
