It’s outdated and reeks of old piss under the stairs rain doesn’t reach this area so it’s never washed away and it’s discoloured from too much build-up. Truely disgusting. There’s rubbish that accumulates under the ramp thanks to the wind corridor that’s there. It’s always freezing cold and windy and in the early mornings of winter you’ll definitely get wind burn on your face here. Who ever designed this place clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Zero stars if I could.
Car jackers peering into parked cars in the evenings. Vic police should patrol more often.
There really isn't anything all that great about this particular station. In fact, it is what I would consider to be one of those newer intermediate stations, namely the ones where they have no facilities, no staff, and you simply come here to get on the train and get off it again though I usually come here to just get on the train. Then again, there is a shopping centre nearby, and they do have a bus interchange, though a rather small one.
The platforms, and the bridge between them, have very poor cover from the elements. What makes it worse is the fact that the only Myki machine is located in a corner of the bridge as seen in the picture without any wind-proof barricade to prevent your Myki card from being blown away when placed on the machine to be topped up. Yes, that has happened to me before.
Good place to stay away from
