Terrible experience with this travel agency. 

The agent I was dealing with was very unprofessional. They made many mistakes when booking tickets for us. 

They tried to overcharge us and when I refused it, their agent started harassing me. 

She violated my privacy by finding my work phone number (that I had not given them) and coming to my workplace, lying to my manager and telling her that I owe them money! 

The agent and her husband kept harassing me and I had to go to the police and fill in a report form asking for a restraining order against the agent and her husband.

Avoid this agency. Very unprofessional!

Would not recommend Rotana Travel the lady Mahsa made mistakes on my bookings for my trip overseas I contacted the manager Diana who was rude and wouldn't do anything about it being their fault. I paid extra to fix their mistakes but let me tell you all the hassle I went through just to get my booking fixed was definitely not worth it. Shocking service do not recommend Rotana travel at all.

Excellent, best service I have received from a Travel Agent.  Diana the owner took time to go through everything with me! We had a great family holiday at a fantastic price.  Will use again for a our next holiday
