Horrible place definetly would not recommend my partners stepfather took his car in because of multiple problems including the system saying tyre fault , funny thing they didn't even check the tyres ....

These guys tamper with ur dash cams, they pulled out my sd card out of the cam and put it in just before i got car back from service. I was going to delete their workshop recordings coz i don't need to know what they do in there, but judging on how the video showed it getting driven in by staff then the only other recording started from when i left, they're obviously hiding something so i took video recording of the gap where it says "invalid" and have shown it to the proper authorities for tampering with it (the dashcam has NEVER missed a recording or had a glitch). And WHAT could the cam see anyway? The bonnet would be up the whole time. I sense something dodgy and I'm NEVER going back to them for a service again. These guys deserve no stars

We had trouble with our Holden breaking down near Winton. RACQ took us and our van back to Bundaberg. Ross Gray offered excellent service when they found that the second battery on the dual battery system was causing the problem. We had not bought the car from them but all the repair work was done under warranty. They gave us the use of a loan car. Holden Australia called us on a number of occasions to check that everything was going fine with the repairs and they kept in contact with Ross Gray. Holden Australia sent us a fuel card for the inconvenience that had been caused.
