Awesome service and great staff. I was served by wade, whom went with me for the test drive, really personal experience and lots of benefits included. Purchased a used Nissan xtrail in great condition at a good price. Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Toyota Bundaberg.

Wade was awesome, he really helped us. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted and walked out with something totally different. After being to a few different dealerships around town the customer service was definitely one of the deciders. Thanks guys for the new car!

Poor service and attitude of certain staff in the service centre. Was ignored when dropping off my vehicle, staff were very rude when I asked if my air con had been fixed and was told I had to pay up front for the parts that had to be sent from Brisbane and would need to rebook after I specifically told them about the air con problem which apparently is a common problem, wasted a whole day as I am from out of town. Whilst I don't have a problem paying up front it would have been nice to have been told prior and I didn't appreciate the way I was treated.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a  preowned vehicle with Wade from Toyota Bundaberg, i found that calls were always returned, outstanding friendly service and when i asked for any further information about the vehicle, Wade was always prompt in getting back to me. I am very  happy to recommend Toyota Bundaberg & Wade as the person to see to any of my friends and family :

Wade was an attentive and courteous sales representative, quick to come talk to me in the yard and helpful with all aspects of my purchase.

Bundy toyota were very efficient in their processes and the way they conduct the sales of used and new cars. Wade was very helpful, good to talk to, and had answers at the ready for any questions i had.

Too much pressure from salesman to buy right now and dodgy sales tactics. some used vehicles are also over priced and you can get a better deal on the same vehicle elsewhere.
