Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bought a new Nissan Navara NP300 STX. Plenty of information. They worked in well with other businesses to install all the other accessories I needed. Finance was easy. Overall a pleasant and exciting experience. Would definitely purchase from them again.
We are travelling with the kids and the van for a few months and these guys fitted us in last minute to do an inspection on the vehicle which was throwing some sensor alarms. Very professional service, friendly team and even washed Karen for us! We were treated like priority customers my partner and I both agree we haven't seen service like this for years!!! Thankyou Karen is behaving and we are enjoying our travels again!
Customer service is polite friendly helpful on the phone and in person, but I find the phone service needs attention as dont call back when waiting on parts. Maybe busy....The Spare parts phone service don't work, always put back to front counter, other than this, I will always buy here again as they try helping as much as possible ordering parts. thanks, will be back for more in the future. Good one guys..
After my car was stolen and written off over the Christmas/New Year period I was devastated, then I met Rachel. What a wonderful and friendly person to have to deal with. Great communication. Kept me notified about my new car and the after sale care was super. Would recommend Bundaberg Nissan & Rachel to family and friends without a doubt.
Who would have thought buying a pre loved car would be a fantastic experience and not the usual whirlwind of sales talk!! I can only say Nissan Bundaberg exceeded my expectations threefold thanks to the highly professional, down to earth and honest efforts of Graham who went above and beyond to match me to the perfect car. Not only did it come fully presented but with a huge red bow but with service I have never experienced previously. Would I come back to Nissan? Unequivocally yes and no girls, Graham does not come with the car but you do receive a beautiful basket of Bundaberg goodies as well. Great work Nissan!!
Purchased my new Nissan Qashqai and found the service to be excellant. Got a good trade and I live it being so central to the CBD and even with the computer system being down on the handover day the staff made sure that I was able to drive my new car away without any hassles.

I purchased a new Qashqai last year and never once had an issue with the experience. Rachel was extremely helpful, very friendly and always kept in contact throughout the whole process, even when I was first looking at buying a new car. She has also kept in touch afterwards to see that everything is going fine. Highly recommend seeing Rachel.
Purchased our new X-Trail Oct 2016. Love the car, smooth comfortable and fantastic on fuel. Rachel was magnificent, there was nothing she did not know. Very knowledgeable about her product. The staff could not have been more helpful. Had it in for its 1000 klm service and dealings were spot on again.
Rachel was extremely helpful when we were looking at purchasing our car. No pressure on us to buy and was easy to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure all of our concerns were looked at and dealt with and was friendly at the same time.
