Called looking for a belt, gave the belt number and was asked what the number is for. Told them it's the size of the belt that I need replaced. Was told numbers mean next to nothing and that they have no way of searching their stock based from size numbers.. so how do they find any belt is beyond me. Typed numbers into ebay and bought two from Perth... it's that easy

This business is friendly when conducting a sale however post sale this team including the owner does not know the meaning of customer service. Anyone in customer service knows that you need to: 1 listen to the customer, 2 Empathise with the customer and situation, 3 Offer solutions. This business was incapable of doing any of the above mentioned. I will NEVER  be a customer of this business every again but I shall ENSURE  to tell everyone I can of my poor experience at this business.  By the way nowas team I was provided outstanding service from someone who knew exactly what happened to my 5 month old water pump  and not submerged in water or misuse as you mob kept telling me when I knew better  and provided the solution to get it working again at no charge. So experts you are NOT

Witnessed someone get hit by a car out the front of this store, went inside to ask for help and a rag for the person who got hit as they had a chunk out of their face and were bleeding - this store wanted nothing to do with it and wouldn’t help at all. I wouldn’t shop here again knowing how rude the staff are that they can’t even take 2 minutes out of their day to help someone. Absolutely disgusting. How hard is it to offer to ring an ambulance or get the first aid kit ??
