Walked in to office via side door at 11:15am last Saturday. Walked out front door to inspect the landcruiser on the floor. Walked back into office area. No one bothered to ask if we were OK. Walked back out side door and left. Found out all I needed to know from Bill Robertson Toyota in Gladstone. Will deal with them.

Took my car in for a service. Car was serviced by a trainee unbeknownst to me untill after the fact. 150 km service was expecting fluids to be changed but they merely topped up instead. Soiled filters were used. Car air conditioning system has been damaged by trainee. Service cost me 749.00 I returned the vehicle and the car was re gassed. The gas is currently leaking out and Toyota have explained that people need to learn to fix cars somehow. I paid $8000 for this car less than eight weeks ago. This is the very worst service from any dealer I have ever experienced. I used 100% of my income to pay for this "service". DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE I am sitting here with no money for petrol and no money to feed my child because my budget for 14 days was 699. I paid the whole thing over to this organisation who have basically robbed me and my son. They have 0 respect for the stress and pressure that places upon me. I put every penny I had into trying to maintain it to a proper condition. As I sat in the foyer and cried with my son by my side, one of their car salesmen commented "oh she is just a feral". 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
