Just had my roof restored plus new gutters and fascia changed to colourbond a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately not happy with the end result. At close inspection the paint doesn't look like it has adequate coating as I can still see on various spots the grain of the tile. The new gutters are leaking already in one corner collecting water and sagging as they go along towards the middle of the house and the house isn't all that old really. There are also gaps where the tiles are supposed to be resting on top of each other. I'm sorry to say after spending 14.000 dollars these issues should not be there. Have complained about it all and I will change this review if rectified. But for the money I spent I'm sorry to say I expected a better result.

The team at Roof Seal did fantastic job on our old corrugated roof, it really has made all the difference to our renovation and at a fraction of the cost of replacing the sheets. The sales guy Kevin was great. very prompt in coming out to quote and very professional, he was fantastic to deal with. The installer was on time and did a great job, he was very friendly and courteous. I'll definitely use and recommend Roof Seal in the future. Thanks again guys!

I visited the Roof Seal website to request a quotation for restoration of our cement tile roof and received a prompt response from Jess in Customer Service. The friendly estimator, Spiro, came out at the agreed time, climbed up on the roof to inspect it and then provided us with a comprehensive quotation and explained the process of the restoration. We agreed to the quotation and requested the job be done ASAP as we were also having solar panels fitted. We were amazed and delighted at how quickly the work was arranged and completed. Brett did a great job of overseeing the work, including replacement of the damaged tiles. We were warned that a small amount of water might enter the house via the bathroom exhaust fans as the roof was being pressure-cleaned. That did not happen but we did get some water coming down through a number of light fittings inside the house, which we are able to clean up. Our restored roof now looks fantastic and we are very happy with the job that was done. A big thanks to all the Roof Seal team.

I contacted Roof Seal for a quote and they got back to me immediately to organise for an estimator to come out for a quote. I had also contacted other companies for quotes - they provided me with a verbal quotes after using Google Maps to look at my property. I had to wait a few days for Alan to visit but he actually walked my property and then climbed up onto the roof to have a look! He even took pictures to show me the extent of the work required. He was very patient with me and explained the whole process from start to finish. I signed up immediately. It was within 2 weeks that I had the scaffolding erected around my roof and Phil was at my property to carry out the required work. I was not at home for much of the time but I can only commend Phil on his professionalism and courtesy. He even had to deal with my dog - all I had to do was leave access available for Phil each day and he did the rest. He cleaned the roof and cleaned up around my home, re-cemented the ridge capping, sealed the roof and even came back on a Saturday to actually paint it. There was a huge improvement to my roof after the repair to the ridge capping, not to mention the paint!! It looks like a brand new roof!! I am so impressed with my new roof - it looks amazing. I am very happy that I decided to go with Roof Seal - worth every cent!! The office staff were equally helpful and kept me informed every step of the way - thank you Cathy, Peta and Tracy!! I would highly recommend the team at Roof Seal to anyone.

The process of attaining a quote through ROOF SEAL was very good and quick - Spiro the estimator was very professional and ran us through all the options etc. We went ahead and, although it took a while to get things started, the job that they have done is very good and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We had more than just a restoration in that there were areas of the roof that were leaking and just badly constructed - this was all sorted out by roofing plumbers (very professional also) to a high standard. The roof itself took 3 days and Adam was great, he has done an extremely good job - we are highly satisfied with the outcome. Calling ROOF SEAL was easy and the customer service team assisted with any questions that we had. - All in all a great experience - thanks ROOF SEAL☺☺
