I was mucked around by roof seal and others to help us put a new roof on our leaky 1880 property! Rite price turned up to quote a fantastic price and have the work completed with in three weeks. They had it completed in two weeks with the most clean work I have ever seen. The workmanship around our chimneys is top shelf. I'm pretty tough on reviews but do yourself a favour and contact this company for a quote. If you don't use them your missing out. I had an old roof done before this one and every day I found a nail! Not this time! I haven't found one!
From start to finish excellent service. The team did a fantastic job replacing some guttering, some cracked tiles, and cleaning my gutters. All for a reasonable price. Better yet there's the good feeling of using local.
I had Rite Price out to install gutter guard and replace flashings for leaks under my verandah. Unreliable site manager, never on time, doesn't reply to phone calls, mucked up the installation date. I still had leaks under my verandah. Complained to the owner Andrew Knowles, he got a tradie to come back and silicone the leaky areas...still leaks. Apparently that was their solution. I spent a lot of money and the issue was not resolved. They have no interest in getting the job done right. Terrible customer service!
