Would never recommend this joke of a place, after inspection of the roof there were spots missed every where. It had to be repainted. Before this process happened, we had this pig headed Irish so called sales person come out whom my dog wanted to attack(that should of been the first warning as dogs are a great judge of character), took measurements then did an inflated price then said "here is the special deal!" we won a competition to get money off only to find that we paid normal retail after I had spoken to someone who had a bigger roof and got the same price. As we had used certegy we got told we weren't allowed to negotiate on the price and the money off may not apply because of certegy. He also told us that the business pays all the interest for the whole term of certegy so that's why we couldn't negotiate. He also asked if we had a quote before and that we shouldn't waste his time and not to get other quotes, otherwise he said he will go and pack his stuff and leave our house and we will forfeit our prize. He had us in a corner as we desperately needed it done. 
The guy Lee who did the job was a great bloke and was more professional then the sales guy.
 The sales guy didn't give a flying f@$k about us all he wanted was to get the deal done he kept rushing us to make a decision and kept on saying we had until 6.30pm to make a decision otherwise i had to forfeit the prize and couldn't think about it overnight as that was in the apparent terms and conditions which we were never shown. I should of gone to consumer affairs or someone about this sales bloke. Or just said no to the whole thing.
After the roof was done, it had to be redone as it was patchy,(was a bit windy) but after that I inspected to the roof again and had noticed all the guttering around the main part of the house was all blown out by the high pressure cleaning which I knew some parts were rusted already but not one of the gutters leaked. Now the backyard and parts of the front of the house floods everytime it rains and have had to go next door to push water out of my neighbours driveway from our leaking downpipe and guttering. It would explain this flaking all around the house when the roof was initially stripped for priming. We can't afford to get the guttering done and had to use Certegy to pay for the roof as the price was well and truly inflated due to winning the competition to get money off a FULL roof resto. 
Does the UV on the clear coat work? Possibly it isn't that hot under bare foot when over 38c. So maybe it works. 
There was no follow up only a phone call from us to say you can see all the missed bits. I drove past a place near my work and they did a beautiful job on this particular house in valley view. The roof was perfect guttering was all done the side panels and eaves were done as well. I feel we were treated different as we are in the northern suburbs in a older style house which we are renovating. We definitely were prejudged by the whole organisation even the manager who came out didn't even want to hear anything we had to say. We had a tile adrift which I fixed myself after we noticed that water had run down through that gap whilst the AC was being serviced and had puddled in our daughter's bedroom. I had a company come out to quote up redoing the roof and guttering let's just say I made a huge mistake.
Want your roof done? Get a company with a reputation or of the guy who advertises on those small signs attached to random traffic light and power poles around Adelaide. I hope this business closes it's doors soon so they can't keep ripping people off and misleading with there competitions.
Probably a good reason why they never hung a sign on our fence to advertise their business after completion of the job....

We used roofs plus for our last three building projects. They have always gone above and beyond no matter what the requirements. We highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Initially I was disappointed with this company due to lack of communication from the man who was sent to measure and quote my house for roller shutters. After sending an email with my thoughts on the matter, Luke contacted me to find out exactly what happened and expressed how unhappy he was with the quality of service this other man provided, I was assured that the matter would be dealt with so that no future customers would experience the same situation. I was very happy that my issue was followed up with and would use this company in the future

I have dealt with other roofing companys before and i can't speak highly enough of roof plus the best we've had. Luke, Justin and crew were more than professional will definitely use them again
