Excellent work on redoing our pointing and capping. Even came back to fix a small leak after the 12 month warranty period had expired.

We had Roof Doctors booked for today to give us a quote for roof restoration. They gave us a three hour window of when to expect them and didn't show. Wasted an afternoon and will be booking someone else for the job.

I telephoned many times over a few weeks and every time I telephoned I got a message saying "Welcome to Telstra memo the person you called does not have a messaging service please try again at a later time" It's really unprofessional when you don't answer your phone and it even more unprofessional when you get you calls directed to a telephone answering service that your not paying for. Don't waste your time telephoning this business try another roof repairer that answer's there phone.

Jeremiah and Lisa both provided a level of service that is becoming rare. I made an appointment with Lisa, next morning Jeremiah turned up fixed the problem with no fuss then provided me with a 12 month no leak warranty which I can pass on to the new owners!!!!! Very happy customer... 5 stars all day long.
