Picked up a ‘new’ Thule roof box today from these guys. The first one was scratched pretty badly, only when i noticed it did they get it of the roof and blamed the manufacturer. They put the replacement box on the roof when i was on the phone. When i got it home and took it off the car, i again found usage scratches, photos attached. Check the products are new before leaving the store.
Great service. Expert and accessible advice provided to us about bike rack options, including related info about towbar installation and licence plates etc. Friendly, efficient and pragmatic with arranging and then completing installation. Explained usage instructions well. Our mini licence plate arrived from Vic Roads a few days later and they encouraged us to pop back in for them to affix it quickly and well. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
Have been going to Roof Carrier Systems in Camberwell for installs on all my last few cars. Absolutely exemplary service every single time. I haven't even bothered to check their pricing against anyone else - the service is that good. Had an issue where I damaged one of my racks and called up Jeremy to chat about it. He said drop by so we can take a look but instead of just looking, they suggested a quick resolution that they did on the spot. I didn't even have a booking. Amazing. Agreed with another person that car parking nearby is a complete pain in the a$$, but as they also pointed that's a function of the location, not a fault of the business. But yeah, worth keeping in mind if you're just randomly dropping by.
These guys are exceptional, customer service is amazing, knowledge of product is A1. The roof box we bought from them failed, a manufacturing defect. They gave us one of their hire box's for free so that we could go on holidays. They assisted with the replacement box and kept us informed throughout the process. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend to all.
These guys were awesome. Me and my cousin came here on very short notice and Brody and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Completely set up our roof racks and even attached our awning for a very reasonable price. Cheers guys.
Got my roof racks and all my bike racks keyed the same on 2 different occasions from the lads at Roof Carrier Systems. Both times they were knowledgeable, prompt and well priced. Won't hesitate to go back to them in the future
Knowledgeable and friendly guys, ordered on the phone and picked them up the next day. Thule carry bars - the instructions are all there so take the time to read them thoroughly if you intend to fit them yourself. Roof Carrier Systems - highly recommended
Decent place. Only issue I had was getting a car park nearby. It’s probably more a fault of the location but it’s worth keeping in mind. Staff member I dealt with was friendly though and I liked that they ensured the key for my bike carrier and my bars were the same.
After detailed product and distribution research, I got the new Yakima Lock n Load platform with Rugged Line backbone installed on my Toyota Prado today and I am very satisfied with the product and service, from order, delivery updates and installation. Great team working collaboratively. I highly recommend others who are thinking about getting roof racks installed on their car to consider Roof Carrier Systems.
