Interstate.  A difficult situation being in Sydney and trying to get a carrier to deliver goods from coastal Vic.to site unseen National Storage Richmond. Eventually having National transfer them to an interstate carrier to bring the goods to Sydney. National's Mike Myers relieved all stress by being both highly efficient and incredibly helpful right from the outset. He answered all emails promptly, helped with paperwork, supplied a very handsome combination lock and did everything possible to ensure the transfer would go smoothly which it did. I highly recommend this storage facility and would have given it 5 stars but for a large dollar mistake by a former staff member when quoting on insurance cover.

Steve and Curtis down at the Richmond centre are two of the best self storage specialists going around! 
you should give them both large pay rises

Be wary of the prices quoted on the website via their pop-up helper.  The initial prices quoted after requesting the lowest price was adjusted after I told them what I was currently paying ( which was lower )
