I got my titanium wedding ring from here a couple of years ago and I went back to look at some other rings as it didn't fit anymore and I was happy with the original service. They offered to give it a shot trying to stretch it and it looks great and I can still have our original wedding ring on. I appreciated it especially as they could have just said it wasn't possible and got me to buy a new one. Great service, would recommend.

Thanks for the restoration work on my old cut diamond ring. Very impressed with the service by the lady and the on-site / in-house jewellery facility was great. Lovely young family business. Good to support the local traders. Great professional people to deal with. Smiles are for free

I purchased a pearl necklace and saphire ring; the jewellery and the cleaning/maintenance makes everything so easy. The staff are true professionals, and make one feel like a family member; I cannot recommend Rodricks more highly.

Very dissapointed with the treatment I received at Rodricks yesterday. Left waiting for over 30 mins with nothing but a dirty look by staff member Michelle. While being served I did not receive a smile but was treated like a second class citizen the whole time, while picking up a ring that was worth over $8000! Shame because the other experiences I have had with Rodricks have been fantastic, the lovely Diane was there while we chose the ring and the customer service could not have been better. Unfortunately yesterdays treatment by Michelle had ruined the whole experience for me, I have never been treated so badly in a store ever before, let alone one where such a big purchase was made. Will definately be taking my money elsewhere from now on....
