I recently got my hair done in your salon on 8th of April at 10. I never complain and I have been trying to avoid making comments but I just have to explain. I asked her to cut my hair with long layers and I need to be able to tie my hair back as I have a 17 month old son who pulls at my hair. I can’t have short layers as my hair is wavy and it is hard managed. Well I got short layers and my hair is difficult to tie up when my son is at me. When she did my hair, I said to her “I can’t tie it back properly.” Her response was “Well it will grow back.” I was in shock as it wasn’t what I asked for and I just paid $90 to have my hair cut. 

I am just disappointed that I hate my haircut and your stylist didn’t listen to my requests. 

Hope you can take this feedback and make necessary changes to listen to your customers.

Walked in and I was kindly greeted by the staff. I was asked to fill in my information like, name and age and whether I was allergic to any hair products I had previously used. My hair was then shampooed, conditioned before my consultation with the hair stylist. He then cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Best part is, they write everything they have done to your hair on the card you fill out when you walk in. So if I want the same hairstyle again I just have to tell them I want the same cut as last time and they know exactly how to cut my hair, because it's written down on the card I filled out. I'm normally frugal with money but, after trying a plethora of barbers and hair stylists , who couldn't do the job properly I don't mind paying a little extra if it means I can have a great cut every single time. Highly recommended!!

I love this place staff are soo friendly.. i want to Thank Vili , Fina, nd Ben for doing my hair yesterday.. i love it.. happy with the results😉 thank you guys soo much.. I recomend this place Rodney wayne st lukes mall... great nd friendly staff who is willing to give there all to make you feel  young nd beautiful😉😅😅😅..

I decided to go with a blond ombre look, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice and hairdresser! Vili did an absolutely amazing job! Best hairdresser I have ever had by far! I will be making sure I always get Vili to do my hair from now on. Such a lovely person and an amazing hairdresser!! Thank you so much Vili.

This morning, I walked in with lackluster hair and dried out ends. 2.5 hours later, I emerged with amazingly refreshed hair with vibrancy and bounce! Thanks Dave for the magic you did with the colour, cut and styling.
