Genuine beauty place! Sarita, the owner, is a very genuine, experienced beauty therapist. She gives 100% to her abilities. All treatment she offers are based on skin type and not on the prices of products. At Asra, here, looks like it's the passion for beauty and hair. Highly recommended place for beauty and hair.

Worst hair cut and hair salon experience of my entire life. Nothing about what I received is what I originally asked for. Seriously question wether the hair stylist is qualified. Highly recommend NOT going here if you want a good hair cut or even a decent hair cut. Near the end, the hairdresser seemed to understand what I wanted however did not have the skills to do it (a simple side fringe). I also asked for a v-cut but there is definitely nothing v about it. Asked for layers, which she just grabbed random pieces of hair and cut. Lacked technique and skills. Never left a hair salon so disappointed before this. If I could give this a zero star, I would.

1star: as zero isn't an option available Went for an Aroma body massage to get rid of my body aches and specially knots off my shoulder due to stress. Firstly need to talk about the ambience: clean & tidy. The massage room was absolutely bliss and and the music was ok,not too distracting. Back to the masseur, oops she isn't a trained masseur but a beautician. Who could be absolutely great with doing eyebrows,facials etc., But when the advertisement was for a great body massage to relieve aches then that is exactly what is expected by people who read the description. I went with body aches and came out with a bit of oil rubbed all over my body..(Gosh my husband would have been happy to do that for free.. Jokes apart) I have repeatedly asked the lady to apply pressure as my shoulders needed more pressure and even after my repeated requests nothing really changed. I'm home, annoyed that my 1 hour was wasted for someone having oil rubbed all over my body. Ouch the body aches still there and added more stress to my current situation. Once done I was asked to relax so I don't feel giddy....I wanted to say, "are you kidding me??" PS- don't go to this place of you really need a good massage. Learning: If you want a good massage then go to reputed places where there are trained masseurs who can give you a bang for your buck!
