I bought a microdermabrasion facial  from Mbiance facebook promotion for $69, thought this is a fair price. This is my first visit to the salon. During the session, the therapist said she was going to use a deep moisturing mask which will go over my eyes n lips of which i said ok. At paying time, i was informed that there would be an additional $25 for the mask. At no time before or during the session I was told of extra $, I wasnt shown a price list at the start of the session. The therapist spent 15minutes at the start of the session taking photos n telling me how poor my skin was due to sun exposure, lost of collagen,  wringles, sunspots etc n their treatment options to restore me - I politely but firmly declined the offered. I understood sale is part of business. That left 45 minutes time for facial ended costing $94 instead of the agreed, advertised $69!! This is really upseting and dishonest business practice; really backhanded way of getting extra $ from client. I didnt want to cause a scence so paid n left. I wont be back again and caution others to ask for full disclosure.

I had Nero pamper me at Mbiance and she gave the most amazing massage and facial and then some hair therapy! I have never had hair therapy but it was amazing and my hair and scalp was not only clean but felt healthy. Definitely highly recommend their services.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

Love this place! I always come here to get my eyebrows, face wax, chemical peeling and microdermabrasion with LED therapy done they do an awesome job and are very friendly. Purchased a Massage 2021 via Treat Me app, Covid hit we went into lockdown. When I went to use this voucher I was told to contact Treat Me and ask for a refund?   Well I purchased a service and didn't get it?  Not sure why ?  DON'T PURCHASE via Treat ME!
