We’re rude and judgmental especially the older lady Anne. They judge what your prescription is and make you feel like you’re not welcome or a junky, very expensive. Had been a 6 month customer and in the end they wouldn’t let me have an account their so I could pay fortnightly. I’d seen them do it with many customers plus they had all my scripts on file, it wasn’t like I was running away and not paying when they have all details and scripts. Left the store crying, I was belittled by them and it became too much.

This chemist offers a great personalised service and is open 7 days. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I highly recommend them.

Full marks to Rodney’s Terry White for the service we received.  We were trying to cut costs in treating our arthritic cat. The vet was charging $80 for 20 pills and our cat needed two a day $8/day. Besides the cost, the application to our cat wasn’t easy. We decided to get a script for the medication. We contacted the pharmacy’s compounding chemist. She suggested the prescription be made into a solution. The solution will cover 3 months. The cost $1.05 per day. They even delivered the prescription to our house as we are in mandatory quarantine.  It is service like this that makes customers loyal.

Staff are always friendly and super helpful. The location is amazing, having a medical practise right above it.

More expensive by quite a bit than other chemists for prescriptions. Gave my husband a generic drugs without asking.
