The staff are lovely and so kind and caring a really nice chemist to have as my chemist I feel very looked after

I am 8 months pregnant and I wasn't given a minute to think what I need and look at the shelf. I was literally asked to pay for what I managed to pick up first and leave asap as they said browsing is not allowed. Probably wouldn't let me think outside and come in again as only one visit per day is allowed. No common sense at all, will go to another one within 10km I guess.

Rips pensioners off !  extra $1.20 on PBS scripts.**MONEY GRAB.** Pharmacies can choose to charge govt price, $5.60 for PBS scripts. THIS ONE DOESN'T. Shame.  Chemist Warehouse charges correct price.

A big thank you to Julie for putting together a phone order and personally dropping it off at my front door whilst we are in isolation! No questions asked, thank you!

Greeted by a rude lady on arrival who grabbed my prescription from me and walked off. The pharmacist then gave me all repeats of the highest cost product. When I asked for the generic version and just one repeat there was lots of frustration then tutting and huffing from the original lady. I was not offered any level of customer service when trying to support this local pharmacy. There might always be a queue at Priceline in Sutherland but the employees go out of their way to assist their customers!

I have had good experiences here in the past, but tonight when I called to enquire if they were still open at 6:45pm they hung up on me. I drove to the shop only a few mins away and saw them turning the lights off by 6:50pm. They are advertised as being open till 7:00pm. Tomorrow is a public holiday. Those few minutes make a difference. They could have at least told me that they were closing on the phone rather than being rude.

Staff and pharmacists have been very helpful.

Always great service, pharmacists are friendly and very helpful, always taking time to answer questions about medication.

Two or three times I've had to go in there out of necessity. I try and avoid them because they are rude
