Was referred by specialist to this pharmacy for compound cream.Charged me $175 for 100ml container.The same product from Cincotta Pharmacy is $95.I went back to collect my prescription and told the manager who didn’t give a dam!I will pass this on to the specialist so future patients don’t get ripped like I did

I do not believe they have sufficient medical knowledge to be imparting advice to patients
The staff seem to struggle with serving their customers even though when I came it wasn't particularly busy. Even if they assist you, they forget you're around so you're forced to stand awkwardly and chase them up. I'd recommend going elsewhere unless you have no other option.
This is a great pharmacy. When my son suffered kidney failure, the pharmacy compounded his medications free of charge saving me hundreds of dollars. Forever great full.
Very disappointed with the service, I've booked an appointment for AIA health check for 12pm 21/02/2020, showed up in store on time, staff Lily told me unfortunately Michael the only guy in store can do the check is not in. I was told he won't be back until 230pm and if I want to reschedule it will need to be 3pm! The young guy I spoke to was nice enough to ask my numbers to call me back even though he looks quite new and can't do anything abt it. Very disappointed that in such a big store with 5+staff no one else can / willing to do the simple blood pressure sugar and cholesterol test, I have to find alternative solution which cost me 1hour drive to do the test. Day ruined.
Booked covid booster shoot on line for monday 27th to be only to be told on one can do it, when guaranteed me he will ring me the morning of the 29th to arrange new booking, I'm still waiting
Horrible customer service - I dropped a compound script off to be filled and was advised it would be ready around 2pm the next day, but they would call when ready. When I hadn't heard by 3pm I called to ask if it was done and was told by the rude woman on the phone that "you were told it would be ready by 2 so of course it's done". When told that I left my number and was told someone would call me when ready to pick up she stated "that isn't company policy so that didn't happen". Absolutely shocked at the terrible attitude and disdain shown to a paying customer. I have spent many dollars in this chemist previously but I won't be back.
A well stocked Pharmacy where you can buy everything you need from medications to gifts, beauty products, perfumes and cosmetics and so much more. Great for gifts. It doesnt have that warehouse look that many of the other pharmacies have these days. Terry White do really good specials and their prices in general are quite competitive. The staff here are very helpful.
Rang up to enquire about a product and the man cut me off with "no we don't" and hung up on me before I could even finish what I was asking about. Extremely rude.
