I attended Rod Laver Arena for the Niall Horan concert earlier this year. The arena was great for the concert and our seats while to the side were brilliant! We could see Niall without having to watch the screen! Toilet facilities are everywhere and the grounds themselves I found to be far nicer than the MCG!
Great place for a concert , every seat has visibility to stage. Quick movement through gates for entry and exit very easy to get to seats and help is available if you get stuck.
I've been to a concert show at Lord Raver Arena, an amazing place with over 12k+ seating arrangements at the hall I was in. It is better to book the tickets online for a hassle-free entrance. Parking is available but limited and expensive and should be pre-booked, check their website. Check for the gates to enter. And if you intend to go home by riding the platform please make sure to walk a bit as there isn't any stopping bays. It is better to walk a bit and get it. The food is available not tried. Rest was awesome
Good place to see major bands I was there to see Iron Maiden. Easy to get to with a walk or the tram from Flinders will take you most of the way with a short 5min walk. Sounds and lighting are very good.nGenerally seating is good if you're midway. The nosebleeds might be a problem. My only complaint is the seats are very close so if there's a heap of guys, you'll be cramped up all night. But even midway up and across from the floor standing is still easy to see they also have large monitors
I would never forget that January in 2017 when I was honoured to have witnessed so many vintage players competing at this area for the Australian Open Championships. This arena is one of the most convenient and well organised venue for Grand Slam tennis events. It was located at the CBD area that I could reach the venue very conveniently from my hotel. I watched Stan Wawrinka, the Williams Sisters and, of course, the Fedal final with Roger Federer defeating Rafael Nadal to claim the 2017 Australian Open Men’s Singles title. What an unforgettable fortnight!
