Our family had an amazing time at Disney On Ice! It was Anya’s first Disney On Ice experience, and also the first time for all three of us.nnWe absolutely enjoyed the show—the skating, music, costumes, and magical atmosphere were all fantastic. The venue was fantastic, and everything was very well organised, making the whole event even more enjoyable. The best part was seeing Anya’s excitement every time her favourite characters appeared.nnSuch a special family memory, and we can’t wait to come back again!
Fantastic venue. There can be long qeues to enter the venue and all the different arenas. It has a carnival feel with plenty of choices for food and drinks. There are many shaded areas with tables and chairs, deck chairs and bean bags so you can eat, drink, relax and watch the games on massive screens on the outside parks.
Rod Laver Arena on Day 7 of the Australian Open is hard to beat, and seeing it from a corporate box takes it to another level. The day had that perfect Open buzz — the grounds busy but not frantic, good matches on everywhere, and that sense that the tournament is really hitting its stride.nnThe corporate box experience was polished without feeling overdone. Comfortable seating, excellent sightlines, and enough space to properly settle in for a long match. One of the best features was the sliding glass window — open it up and you’re instantly part of the crowd. You get the noise, the reactions, the collective intake of breath on big points, without giving up the comfort of the box. Shut it again and it’s calm and relaxed, which is the best of both worlds.nnRod Laver Arena itself really shines on days like this. The atmosphere builds as matches go on, and when the crowd gets involved the whole place lifts. The sound carries well, the lighting is spot on, and whether the roof is open or closed it still feels like a big-stage event.nnIt was also a very easy day from a logistics point of view. Staff were organised and friendly, queues were reasonable, and everything ran smoothly. Day 7 feels like a sweet spot in the tournament — high-quality tennis, familiar names, and a crowd that knows what it’s watching.nnAll up, the corporate box at Rod Laver Arena delivers a premium experience while still letting you feel part of the action, especially with that window open and the crowd right there with you.
We went two days for AO.nnAll of the seats are great! Staff is friendly. Everything is accessible. Loved the venue.nnAs for tickets, I would buy upper level. All of the views are great. You can save some money, plus the lowers along both sides get direct sun most of the day, can be a real bummer.nnLoved it and hope to be back again!
I recently attended the Australian Open with the purpose of watching the matches and experiencing the event firsthand. Overall, it was a highly engaging and well-organized sporting event. The players delivered impressive performances, and the atmosphere throughout the venue was vibrant, capturing the essence of the AO experience.nnHowever, I encountered challenges with the security process at entry. The requirement to remove all items from my backpack and place them on the table felt excessive, and communication could have been clearer, as some instructions were given in a language I did not understand. Additionally, lines for purchasing food and merchandise inside the venue were longer than expected, which affected the overall convenience of the experience.nnDespite these moments, the matches and the event experience were excellent, and I left feeling satisfied with my visit. Based on my experience, I would rate the event 4 stars. Having attended other major sporting events, I see opportunities to improve security efficiency and customer service while maintaining safety.nnAttending the Australian Open reinforced that a world-class sporting event is defined not only by the quality of the players but also by the care given to the guest experience at every touchpoint.
