We specialise in Pilates Group Reformer, Authentic Yoga and Fitness Classes with a handpicked team of experienced and dedicated instructors.

LOVE. I’ve been a member for 3 years and have had a great experience. It’s nice to have so many teachers that rotate on the schedule for variety. In peak season (summer) the classes sometimes fill up 15 minutes before start - but this is just a downside of a gym that doesn’t require bookings so I plan around this. My only feedback to Kaya would be that the Pilates classrooms could be kept a little more clean - obviously they’re in good condition but there’s room for improvement. All around a great place to get fit!

I really like Kaya, this is the first gym where I feel safe, I suffer from anxiety and struggle to join new environments and places, anxiety has always made it very difficult for me to do new activities and join places like gyms and even classes. I like Kaya because the staff is very friendly, the installations are beautiful, you have a luxurious experience while working out and mainly I don’t feel judged when I go there as I have felt in other gyms in the past. The classes options Kaya offers are remarkable for someone like me, I am working slowly at my own pace to achieve results and challenging myself to step out of my comfort zone and exercise for different reasons first being mental health and second physical health. I’m really glad I found a place where I can feel safe.

I’ve been a member for over a year, and sadly will be leaving, as moving interstate. I love this place, it’s a real sanctuary, and has lots of classes to suit busy schedules. It will be hard to find another place like this!

I recently joined Kaya Prahran because they offer so many classes and courses. I could not be happier with all the staff and facilities, Natalya (and Pete) were especially helpful and proactive with suggestions and encouragement that has helped me better myself. I rarely post reviews but I simply could not be more impressed with the whole experience. Well worth the money
