Closing hours were 4pm close, went at 3.45 and they were closed. 2 women were still inside. Not good
My wife wanted to try on an outfit. Couldn't use the change rooms due to the pandemic. But it was quite alright for us to purchase the garment, put into a shopping trolley, then our car, then our house, decide it doesn't fit, then reverse the process after handling the garment 20 times to put it back on the rack for the next person to do the same. In what possible universe is this logical. Instead, we put it back on the rack and left empty handed. Keep treating customers with contempt and you won't have any. Not happy.
Their clothes are very good but not my style
