Rude and arrogant staff when we went to return the products, at first she completely refused to take it back.
Bought Blender(Contempo Stick Mixer) and Mixer(Contempo Bench Mixer), Blender base was too big to do the job which I originally wanted and Mixer pot we couldn't fit on to the base as it wasn't matching the shape. So we decided to return to the store but when we get there to return, the girl over the counter was too rude and refused to return the product, after 5 min arguments we managed to return,exactly opposite to their return policy. Such a painful experience guys. Next time we will stick to K-mart

Customer Service at Woodgrove's Big W is very poor. The staff at the customer service desk are rude and have no people skills. They always look grumpy,  stressed and ready to fight someone .. it's actually quite funny.
Obviously they hate their jobs they're so old, tired and miserable. TEAM KMART 100%

Can you guys open at 7 am  because sometimes i have to buy school stuff for tests and you guys are usually closed so can you please grand my wish. And I also really enjoyed going to big W at woodgrove
