The staff are so friendly, the store is so welcoming and fresh. They always greet me and don’t make me feel pressured into buying anything. When I go into bonds, I feel at ease from the chaos in the centre. I visit the store often to get items for my family and friends, and all the staff are warm!
Today I visited the bonds woodgrove store just after 5 pm, whilst I was in there the only lady that appeared to be working at the time took a PERSONAL phone call for approx 10-15 mins whilst there was 3 people including myself waiting to be served whilst she just yarned away on the phone pretty much ignoring us. After some time the lady in front of me asked her how much longer she’ll be on the phone as she’s in a hurry. And the cashier said “ I’ll be just a minute “.. which ended up being 5 mins later.. absolutely terrible customer service today from the young lady behind the counter.
Bond is a Wonderful store. During my purchase and visit-today - I witnessed the store mangers treated this elderly customer very bad. I witnessed the other customers were upset and left the store. - the store clerk manger - started using prejudicial and a very disrespectful attitude towards this customer. I left my products and left the store. She needs to be educated. Perhaps not a right job for her.
Went in looking for specific items. Was able to find AND found other stuff too thanks to Montana's help. Will only shop at this bonds now. Great service
I went to this location and found out to be marvellous. There would be similar type of roads, houses schools. Let me know what you think of this place. You can like my comment and also post your reviews.
