Moved with Rocket over the last two days and it is the best moving experience we have had. Franz and his team were polite, fast, and took extra care with our belongings. They were professional, reasonably priced, and great to deal with. Would recommend.

It was a relief to be able to have everything done in the one go (removal and storage). Fonda was really helpful and I would have gone with Rocket on customer service alone. Pricing is also very competitive, combined with the fact that they made the whole process really easy, it's a win-win. Moving was quick and efficient and Bill at Fry's Storage was really helpful as well.

Amazing service. The team actually confirmed the removal date a day before as a reminder, they showed up 10 mins before the designated time. They cleared out my property from the storage unit, provided photographic evidence of doing so and re-locking the unit. Handled my belongings with care. Were efficient and courteous and checked to see all possessions were accounted for after the move was complete. Extremely happy with the service and have already recommended to other friends who are moving in the next few months.

Everyone involved were friendly. Unfortunately, they did not fit everything I listed for the move. The first pair of removalists were careful but very slow. They kept packing the smaller items and boxes which we said we could move ourselves. Left the biggest and heaviest listed item til last, only to tell us towards the end that they couldn't fit it in because we had too many things! (things we told them we could move ourselves). We were forced to book another truck for the following day. The 2nd pair of removalists were much more efficient aswell as careful.
