Beware anyone wanting a product that uses quality ingredients. We purchased a Velvet cake thinking that it was made with berries. Unfortunately one of us who has a minor skin allergy broke out in hives after eating this cake. We telephoned to check the ingredients and it turns out they don't use berries, they use food colouring. Food colouring is one of the worst additives. We do not purchase products with additives and we were really shocked to discover that someone selling cakes at these prices (that is, we would expect quality ingredients) is using additives. We will not be purchasing anything else or recommending the Rocket Kitchen. We have given you one star, not because the cake did not taste good but because you use additives. You will be doing this to increase your profit margin which in our opinion is unacceptable.
