Very good customer service and very friendly staff. Food is delivered to your table quickly even during busy periods.  Nice aesthetics and good overall presentation of menu items.  

Only drawback is the ongoing peddling of organics which seems to be synonymous with the broader venue and i guess the Ponsonby in general. Such nonsense unnecessarily drives up costs.  

Otherwise, I highly recommend this venue.

Amazing bakery with something for everyone. The breads are high quality and the croissants and pretzels are the perfect treat to take home and have the next morning.

Always reliable. A great selection of sandwiches and decadent cakes. Great coffee too.
