The store that is forever closing down or on sale. This shop in Earlville is quite small and a little crammed. As a result, it can be a little difficult trying to find what you want. Also. there is no way you could maneuver a shopping trolley in here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Prices are ok. I was looking for something very simple- a plastic kitchen funnel-and could not find one amongst everything else in the store. Good if you are browsing but can be a little bit and miss if you are looking for something in particular.
Older staff member was rude on her phone and showed no interest in being at work or doing her job
Blaring music is a turnoff, I can't stay in the store long, is way too stressful. Another lady left for the same reason! Loud music repels customers.
I Love browsing in Robins Kitchen, regardless of their bargains. Today was one of those days where l got the product l needed because of the large discounted prices. The bargain l needed to buy.
I rang to ask about an online order, and the staff member went above and beyond to help me even though the online area was not part of her shop. Super helpful!
I had a $20credit, which I went to use, then they said it had expired? Really, anyhow after complaining about the situation, they contacted me about it and credit was returned after a week.
friendly staff.. I purchased some cookware here. always clean and stock is beautify displayed .
