What a joke. Says Bundaberg store is open till 5:30pm and there's not even a store!!! Tried ringing but not even answering machine or message. They obviously can't be bothered to update their google maps site or scribble a note on the wall where their shop used to be.

Being a regular customer I expected more from your rude team. I was given a $20 voucher however not at any stage told I had 3 months to use it. I cane to your store and you would not honour it. Your team member argued with me.. extremely unproffesional. on other levels even though you inflate your prices and your staff are always too busy stacking shelves then wanting help. my experience  at your shop was nothing less than terrible.
