Robina Removals is a small family owned removal company striving to change the face of removals with clean fully equipped trucks, professionally trained and helpful staff and most of all our reliability. We are a genuine removal company with good values.

Right from the beginning, we are more than happy to help!

With over 20 years in the industry, Robina Removals sets the bar for local and interstate removals across the country. From our office staff to our pre-packers to the men on the job on move day, all of our staff are well trained in accordance with our government accreditation and are proud to offer a fast, reliable and respectful service that eases the stress of moving – “Our Family Moving Your Family.”

We provide onsite quotations across the Tweed & Gold Coast for our local and interstate removals and also have an easy-to-use online inventory that can be completed if you are situated in a location where we cannot offer an onsite inspection www.robinaremovals.com.au.quote.php.

Travelling from the Gold Coast, we offer a backloading service between Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne weekly, covering many towns in between.

We specialise in Highrise, Corporate, and Body Corporate Management removals, as well as general everyday door to door moving.

Surprising so many good reviews. They are terrible. I lost some boxes with important items in them. The men were so slow and some were abusive. The service was appalling and I am so disappointed. We had to move back into our house post cyclone Debbie where we had already lost so much. And then we lose more with these removals. One of our credit cards went missing and they even took money out of it.

I have moved several times but none went as smooth as this move. It started with Darren who came to provide a free estimate. He went over everything and even came back to revise the estimate after we decided to leave some items behind. He explained exactly what to expect and it happened just that way. The professional crew of removalists showed up on time and went right away to work covering the beds, lounges and tables to prevent any damage while moving furniture. They did a great job of protecting the furniture and inventoried each piece. The ladies who pre-packed us were also very professional and put everything exactly where we wanted it. As it sometime happens, it started to rain just as they began to unload. But not to worry, because of their professionalism and efficiency, nothing got wet. This was an interstate move and best of all, their price was less than many other removal companies available on the Gold Coast. I express my sincere regards, and appreciate everyone's effort and professionalism during my move.

Very disappointed with service, lots of item missing & damaged (I rang Robina Removals to see if I should get insurance, I was told no need for insurance, they have insurance - they did not compensate me for the damage or lost items) Phoned constantly to find out where my missing items are!! Robina Removals promised to call me back - NEVER DID!!! I feel Robina Removals should have had an inventory of all the items picked up. In the end I got sick of ringing with no return calls from Robina Removals - I just gave up - made me pay before truck would unload. VERY DISAPPOINTED.... Robina Removals response to 'my complaint in their review' is typical - I don't have to justify all I know is items damaged & lost your response not good will never recommend you!!! ever my fathers war medals also went missing!!!!

I had a large number of items (some fragile) transported from Melbourne to Brisbane. The process from start to finish was excellent - I couldn't flaw it. The office staff were extremely helpful throughout my dealings with them, and were particularly attentive to my request of ensuring the items were kept safe during transit. The three guys who delivered the items were great - prompt, friendly and took great care when unloading the items from their truck. And all for a very reasonable price. I would certainly use Robina Removals again, and based on my experience, would recommend them to others seeking a highly quality and economical removal service.
