Excellent service, only moved locally on the Sunshine Coast, cheapest quote we got, and had no issues at all. Thanks guys, really appreciate it.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I never write bad reviews but my experience with this company left me lost for words. Mistakes happen, we are all human, but the way the dealt with the error was disgusting. They made a mistake with our interstate move (driver never showed up and when we called he was interstate doing another job) which would have been ok if the company took a solutions focused approach to the issue. Instead, they went into blame mode (where they blamed the driver). Then, amongst our stress of having to reschedule cleaners, contractors and hotel bookings over the coming days (which cost us $$$) the company tried to charge us more to book another driver at "short notice". Then they asked for another itemized list of our belongings (which we had already supplied). Once they finally booked an alternative mover after an absolute ordeal , they agreed to honour the original quote. In the proceeding days, the company then tried charging us more again as the guy on the phone should never have agreed to honour the original price. Apparently the owner of the company was comming down hard on the staff member to recover the cost. Overall, it was the absolutely disgraceful customer service, lack of ownership and lack of ability to go into a solutions focused mode that made this experience horrible. We ended up receiving delivery of our goods a week after schedule (the day before our wedding)....

Excellent Customer Service. Very knowledgeable and informative, used their services moving from Perth to the Northern territory 2 years ago and again recently to Melbourne. The drivers and removalists were very quick and efficient. Excellent value for money - Kylie

DO NOT USE They double booked my job, which they blamed on the driver. They then got me another driver who arrived a day late which put me $350 out of pocket as i had other contractors booked. They then charged me much more than originally quoted which they blamed on the new drivers misreading the job. And during this whole ordeal I was constantly ringing them to find out whats going on as no-one in their office was returning my calls. And found them extremely rude throughout, not apologising for anything, blaming everything on their staff/contractors. Bunch of crooks.
