I must say, they took great care of our belongings, even though they put a hole in the walls of my rental and grinded my antique chair against the concrete wall for a second. However, after 6 hours of them still moving my 1 bedroom apartment furniture and charging $150 an hour, we were upset as to why they were taking to long. Moving into my place only took past movers 4 hours. Then they threatened to take my furniture and leave if we were so unhappy. In the end it took them 14 hours to complete the job. The owner was very aggressive to his employee and borderline abusive. Made me very uncomfortable. Never again.
Great removalists and attention to detail, gents were friendly and we had a laugh and nothing was too hard, my beds were back together in no time and appreciated their approach to the job. Highly recommend
Quote was 140 per hour. 3 -4 hours work.Charged $910 .Didn't state on quote it was extra for travel. Took 3/4 of an hour to travel 10 minutes. Theiving rogues. Shane will not answer phone call ro discuss.
Took them 6 hours to move a one bedroom unit furniture only as we moved all boxes. The guy was carrying one cushion at the time. We called the owner to complain but never got the hold of him. Also sent an email but never heard back from him.
Was a great experience, easy to book, organised and they give a reminder call the day before. They turned up on time and were super quick, polite and careful. Would highly recommend!
Fabulous service! The guys were friendly, and efficient in their work. Had I needed it, they would have boxed up all my items for me. Great value, will definitely use again if I need to.
