terrible service. sulky employees worse than kfc or mcdonalds late shift.

suggest a career change?

the food is hit and miss

ive been multiple times each time hoping they would improve. ive been overcharged. and not one time have they given cutlery without asking or napkins.

Pork was overly fatty and poor quality, vegetables were soggy and the crackling was soft and chewy. Everything was flavourless. Second time visiting, second poor experience so although I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt it would seem that they have not only failed to improve but they have actually succeeded in getting worse.

We went to this place because we wanted something quick and easy that we could take back to our apartment.  The range of food wasn't great, but there was enough for what we wanted. The pork that we all ordered was very tender.  The vegetables were ok although the  potatoes were soggy and must have been sitting there for a long time.  Two of our people asked if they could swap potatoes for other vegetables, and we were surprising told "NO" unless we wanted to pay an extra "DOLLAR" per piece.  This was a first, and was absolutely ridiculous. We have never had an issue with any other roast shop anywhere in the country, and we travel a lot.  The person who served us was very blunt and bordering on rude which also spoilt the experience. We would not recommend this eatery unless you like average food and poor service.
