We just had our staff Christmas party at Zero Latency Southport over the weekend and had a blast. Our hostess for the murder mystery was Ashleigh and she made sure that everything ran smoothly and kept the energy high. The food and bar service was excellent - the pizzas were really yummy and there was heaps of food to go around. We are all keen to try out the VR experiences next time. Highly recommend this experience!
Such a great experience. The staff were helpful and informative & explained everything. The experience was fantastic! We played Farcry and it was so much fun! We went with a small group for my son's 15th birthday and it worked so well. It's fun to have friendly competition. The grafics were really good and you never felt disoriented. We all wish it went longer. Can't wait to go back and try out other games or the escape room!
The staff are amazing both Ben and the Pink hair girl were very helpful. I've only been there 3 times and have loved everytime. I went today and it was really busy, fully booked out and couldn't get a VR. So before arriving make sure to have a booking. Usually I don't make bookings but days that are raining people seem to flock to this store. They rarely have issues but today the flight sim was down and had a couple of issues with the racing sim. The staff were awesome and deserve praise for how they handle the situations today, to annoying kids, to fully booked out store to informing customers vaout what's going on.
Great place, excellent staff, my girlfriend and I are here on holiday and we found this place as a recommendation, would certainly suggest as it’s super fun for all ages. Make sure to have lots of friends when you do come too because you can play Virtual Reality games in massive rooms and see each other in the game! Thanks again guys Jackson & Jazmin
The experience itself was fun. I gave it a 3 because i found it pricey for a family of 4 for a 50-minute experience. Also, the atmosphere was a bit boring; no music, waiting activities were messy, and with missing pieces. Staff were nice. I recently had my party here, I cannot fault the amazing team, from the moment I met them and party night they were amazing. Unparalleled service, the venue is great all round, good drinks, incredible service, is so great to have a place to celebrate with small numbers. I had literally given up finding a place to accommodate my quality over quantity party numbers, and then someone recommended ZL! I'm so glad they did too, I'd all but given up and it worked out to be the best party ever! I highly recommend and I'll be booking again for staff party! The venue, and party room was set up perfectly for a fun night, drinks at the bar, and arcade games you couldn't ask for more. Thank you again to the amazing team. I could go on for hours about how good they were but just trust me and book your next party there!! Murder mystery night even

Came back to do the murder mystery party and it was so fun!! Such a great experience and so we’ll run! A great night of team bonding : Staff were superb and can’t wait to try More games there! Having tasty food and drinks just completed the night as well : Ps they also have a awesome VR games
