Who doesn't love a miniature steam railway, I mean come on! £1 per person for 2 laps of the circuit is great value. These guys are all volunteers who do it for the love and their enthusiasm really shines.
I have been using this railway for years since I was little boy I am now 42 and take my 2 and 5 year old we all love it its small but so much fun and its close to the river for a nice walk and feed the swans

Lovely place for a run, a picnic, or to view the scenery. Too many dogs and too much rubbish but that's not the park's fault.
Absolutely marvellous! Very friendly and welcoming group running for the public on Sunday afternoons during the summer months. Could spend all day there!
A great attraction, I just really wish the drivers would give better customer service - a smile goes a long way. ;-
Always love the railway at Riverside Park. £1 for 2 laps is great value and a lovely experience.
Great place to see the swans, go for a walk or run. I prefer to sit and watch the boats and canoes go by.
