Getting to Riverside Plaza is easy, with in excess of 600 free car parking spaces, the majority of which are covered by shade sails. The bus stop is located out the front on the Goulburn Valley Highway and a taxi rank is placed on the eastern entrance closest to Chemist Warehouse, with ample bike racks for your convenience. The 11 trolley bays are conveniently located to make shopping a pleasurable experience at Riverside Plaza.

The Kialla Medical Clinic have six general practitioners, registered nurses and offer pathology and psychology services. The Peter Copulos Community Centre is available for hire through the Greater Shepparton City Council.
