I had problems with Sendle re my delivery.  Upon phoning George from Roundabout Lighting Echuca, he escalated the problem immediately and my light was delivered the following day.  I am very happy with the customer service I received from Roundabout Lighting, they were helpful every step of the way.  I haven't opened my light yet, but I am sure I will be very happy with my purchase.

We purchased some lights from here online.  We couldn't find what we wanted locally so had to spread our search. They were as described, received a great personal message from George, and they looked good.  Would certainly shop here again.

Recently ordered a light fitting from Roundabout Lighting and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service provided. I was confused about replacing a fluro light with an LED so rang and spoke to George who was very knowledgeable and patient. I ordered a light fitting and it was dispatched the same day. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a personalised efficient service.

Emailed Roundabout Lighting they got back to me in a quick and professional manner with everything I needed and were happy to assist me in what I needed.  I had a chat in store upon making the purchase the store was professionally laid out and nice and tidy and clean which is a plus the girl acknowledged me within a matter of minutes can't beat this service and that's a fact.
