I had problems with Sendle re my delivery.  Upon phoning George from Roundabout Lighting Echuca, he escalated the problem immediately and my light was delivered the following day.  I am very happy with the customer service I received from Roundabout Lighting, they were helpful every step of the way.  I haven't opened my light yet, but I am sure I will be very happy with my purchase.

Cannot fault my recent online experience with this company. Outstanding communication , regular postage updates were provided and store owner also sent a personal email of thanks for purchasing. Items arrived in a few days would highly recommend

We purchased some lights from here online.  We couldn't find what we wanted locally so had to spread our search. They were as described, received a great personal message from George, and they looked good.  Would certainly shop here again.

Recently ordered a light fitting from Roundabout Lighting and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service provided. I was confused about replacing a fluro light with an LED so rang and spoke to George who was very knowledgeable and patient. I ordered a light fitting and it was dispatched the same day. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a personalised efficient service.

I love the lighting available at Roundabout Lighting Echuca. I rang to ask for help before I purchased a pendant light online. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and I was able to include the correct bulb for the light. I can’t wait for my light to arrive! Thank you.

*** LOCAL GUIDE - LEVEL 6 - REVIEWS YOU CAN TRUST AND COUNT ON ***  I walk past this ship every day sometimes twice a day, this store has been in business for years from the days of John and Jose up to George now this has been a family business that we can know and count on for all our solutions, mum brought fans here nearly 20 years ago and they still cooling us down this summer and going strong  Competitive prices here which is where most local business struggle to remain competitive with companies like Officeworks and JB and many other online outlets that don't have the over heads.  Emailed Roundabout Lighting they got back to me in a quick and professional manner with everything I needed and were happy to assist me in what I needed.  I had a chat in store upon making the purchase the store was professionally laid out and nice and tidy and clean which is a plus the girl acknowledged me within a matter of minutes can't beat this service and that's a fact.
