I recently bought a new car from this company and have found their service to be understanding and willing to go out of their way to give me the best deal they could. Craig, the on floor wholes sales rep who attended to me, was articulate and understanding of my specific needs when helping me chose my vehicle.  After I left the car lot, I ran into trouble working out how to drive the car. One quick call and Craig had me on the road again. I can’t thank Craig enough for his assistance through the deal.

I never leave a review but this is worth it. Craig has gone above and beyond for us as we dealt with another company that destroyed our lives. He picked up the pieces and made life easy. This man looks after you and gives the right price as he honestly hates over charging companies. Great laughs as well as a great deal. Thankyou again Craig xx

I bought a BMW 320i 2014 model in 2017. It has been almost 2 years now without any problems. Their price was so competitive & their service also was excellent by allowing me to self unsupervised drive couple of cars before I make the decision. No rush & no force at all. Highly recommended.

We enquired about a Hyundai Santa Fe through car sales and Darren was straight on to it. We arrived the next morning to look at the car and he was very upfront and honest from the beginning. We went for a test drive and we were happy, we found one thing with the car that was a minor problem and he was straight on to it to get it fixed A/C. We bought the car for a great price as he was negotiable and understood what we needed the most. he worked around us which made it easy for us as a family. The car was detailed to a high standard on pick up. Highly recommend Darren and the team. Would definitely buy from them again in the future. Thanks!

Bought a Range Rover Evoque from Darren at River City and was treated to what can only be car sales joy.  Got a great price for our part ex and the transaction was smooth as you could wish for.  2 months later we had an issue with the A/C and the mechanic that looked at it told us there was a part missing from the turbo fan.  Darren was away when we contacted them and Craig dealt with it immediately.... by the time Darren returned the car was booked in to be sorted with their preferred auto mechanic Jason another top bloke and all fixed up under the warranty no issues. Great to deal with Great follow customer service True to their word.  I will use again and will be recommending to friends that need a car.  Can't believe there a still true top bloke car salesmen out there ..... most have been swept up by the larger groups.

After weeks looking for an e90 and being completely disheartened by what is out there. The majority of private sellers wanted more than the car was worth and the dealers were coving up problems. The show room at River city group said it all.  There were no busted up old cars, with clueless sales people not knowing anything about European cars.  These guys were friendly with no hard sell, they let their cars do the talking. We love our new 320i and even the mechanic at Eurotech also thought it was said good buy. Don't buy an expensive lemon, go to River City Group, I know we will be back.

We recently bought our Hyundai Tucson from Craig and Darren. The service and process was amazing! They paid well above what we thought we would get for our trade-in and made everything simple and easy for us to be in our new wheels. They are true professionals and we highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a top 2nd hand vehicle.

Honestly people Craig from this company is the most genuine down to earth lad I've ever met and went above and beyond for my wife and I we will most definitely be returning for future purchases

Craig is possibly the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was easy to communicate with, available every time I called and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment I saw the ASX we were buying, the entire process was smooth and seamless. I was buying the ASX with my brother for our Dad, and Craig was exceptionally professional and I cannot thank him enough for his help in finding the right car for our Dad! Thank you Craig!

Bought my first car from River City Group at Eagle Farm. Craig and David were both very professional and ensured I had a very positive experience from my first look at the car right up until I bought it. The car runs very smoothly and was well-looked after - have had no issues thus far. It was also priced well and they had a lot of flexibility with their finance terms. Would recommend purchasing from this dealership and I'm looking forward to financing new cars with them over the next few years.
