The worst place I have ever bought a car. The car had a roadworthy complete however the roadworthy was not done correctly by their mechanic, now I am wondering was it ever done at all. We took the car to our mechanic one month after purchase as it was due for a service and what did he find oil leaks! We rang Carlins and no apology what so ever, they asked us to bring the car back so their mechanic could fix the oil leaks as we had a 3 month warranty. Cheaky b***stards trying to get away with selling a car with oil leaks. So our car just had it's second service and you wouldn't believe it, still oil leaks! An absolute rip off if you ask me. Never trust these guys and would not recommend them. If I could give a -5 star I would.

Richard was fantastic, he had all the information available and provided me with great service, was honest and reliable.

Stopped in to look at a car for a friend as she was out of town and couldn't make it, the few staff I saw did not want to engage and when I tried to find someone to ask information from there was only 1 sales attendant about and there were 3 lots people of people lined up waiting for his help but he was on the phone...Needless to say I waited 5 mins he was still on the phone, I left. My friend found a car but not here.

Found Shane and the guys offered great service and nothing was a problem. Very happy all round.
