Ringwood court waste of time and day. Judge don't even listen to you all oneside better not even show up. It’s a waste of a day when they tell you to come in the morning but don’t contact you until the end of the day. If they have a list of cases to be heard, they should arrange specific time frames, like 9-12 or 1-5 PM.
Unfortunately for me I have never had a great day in this place. Maybe better luck next time
This is not a court it's a dog house, animals are treated better, worse than the 3rd world system, terrible currupt dishonest court system. the Ringwood Magistrate court is NOT fit to be a court the staff interfere in cases and very unhelpful. The court staff collude with the justice system, between the staff , magistrates, local lawyers abueising the Ringwood court, the court staff all conduct unlawful discrimination, dishonest practices, and interfere with cases, before they are heard.the local lawyers in the surrounding areas, do back door deals, make pre court decisions prior to the case and act like bullies. This is no court, this is a very currupt dishonest kangaroo Island. Disgraceful shamless, currupt court house. Who is running this curcis system abueising the taxpayers, abueising false powers and conning the consumer, rude arrogant and just unjust. It's a MATES DEAL SYSTEM, DISHONEST COURT REGISTERS, BACK DOOR CASE MANAGEMEN WITH A LAWYER I WAS DEALING WITH THE REGISTERS. Making the court decisions and interfering with the justice system making it a mockery. The worst case of the judicial system, making it a bloody joke. The staff must be reported to the legal services commission for investigation. The local law firms are abueising thnsystem while the incompetent lawyers con private clients and cross the line. Court backdoor fraud, backdoor deals for mates.how can the public trust this deceptive misleading inapt con court....cheating applicants it's very unreasonable and interfere with the justice system.
Horrible experience I had here. Judge who had no idea of the case,documents that were sent in prior weren't even looked at and above all the Judge was very inpatient and passed an unfair judgement. Common you're dealing with people's lives and Future. Get your job done thoroughly as this can have detrimental effects on us. Go through the case file prior to the hearing date so you have an idea of the case and evidence presented.
Had to give 1 star prefer not to give any.nThanks to payed glorified government employees not doing their job , my son near got arrested .nAs he was not sent a court date in any form when he was to attend.nThank goodness police were understanding that him missing court case , was court’s failure to communicate with him, no fault of his own. It is only a minor case but could have been much worse .nLet this be a warning to others.nNO EXCUSE FOR STAFF TO STUFF SOMETHING LIKE A COURT DATE UP, YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES LIVES. STOP HAVING SO MANY COFFEE BREAKS AND DO WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO.
