Recently relocated to the Ovens Riverside Precinct in the beautiful North East Victorian town of Wangaratta, Rinaldo's Casa Cucina offers a delightful riverside location with a large undercover deck overlooking the Ovens River. It created a relaxed atmosphere without becoming intrusive or getting in the way of conversation — something that can make a surprisingly big difference to a dining experience.nnMy cocktail was beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyable, and the food followed suit. The dishes were flavourful and artfully plated, with the presentation showing genuine attention to detail.nnThe staff were lovely, friendly and courteous, with Charlotte being the gem of the day for me. Her warm and attentive manner added a very nice personal touch to the evening.nnOverall, Rinaldos Casa Cucina delivered a dining experience that brought together location, presentation, atmosphere, service and food very nicely.nnA beautiful riverside setting, a relaxed ambience, lovely service and beautifully presented food and drinks — definitely worthy of five stars.
Pleasant surprise on my raod trip !nAs a Coeliac' I always have to research safe options and Rinaldos appeared to have some options. Off I went!nBeautiful surroundings, atmosphere was beautiful and anice and warm on a chilly nightnWine was excellent, service lovely and the food TO DIE FOR!!nAs a Coeliac' I was thrilled to find an Arancini I could have along with an amazing assortment of pastas and more!nCouldn't fit dessert but there were beautiful options.nLooking forward to making the stop on my next trip!
Have been coming here quite often the service from the staff has always been amazing. Upon asking questions on the dessert we had a waitress didn't really have the knowledge around it which was a little disappointing due to the fact we wanted to actually pass compliments to the chef that made it. We were really upset to see that there was no pizza on the menu or calzones as that was what we truly go for there to eat. We found it quite odd that an Italian restaurant does not have pizza on their menu any more. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Hoping they bring pizza back! But all in all the food was delicious and beautifully presented alongside friendly and accommodating staff.
Our second visit to Rinaldo's was evey bit as good as our first time. The food was very good as was the service. Good wholesome food with well composed and well seasoned.nWe had the bread and calamari for starters, followed by the Sirloin / portehouse steak and Spaghetti.nThe Tiramisu here is exceptional and we tried one of the ice cream combinations, huge portion, but very good.nThough I do understand why, the concept of going to the bar to get your drinks is very Pub like, not what we had expected, but in truth, it did not affect our enjoyment of our visit.
Great staff and the food was DELICIOUS. S nice to go to a restaurant and have something really different. Congratulations to the chef/s on a lovely meal.
