Good service and thinks through solutions rather than just simply replacing parts for new, saving $$.

Got my car serviced. A bit on the pricey side, but good service. Over the phone, they recommended some odd stuff, like changing the windshield wipers (which are fairly new!), but not just the "heads", the whole thing. WHAT?!? Not an honest recommendation!

I have been going to this Mechanic for a long time now and they have never failed. They do everything right, consult with you of issues in the vehicle, whether you want it to be fixed or not and they will advise options for you too. The workshop is very clean and tidy, the owner is legit and never fails on customer service. Highly recommend this place. Its really hard to find honest mechanics these days but rest assured you'll be safe with Ricketts Auto Centre.
