Update on 21/06/2022: Something has changed. The team seems new and so does the professional attitude which is missing.  The guy who I met at the reception was not ready to commit to the time he agreed to on phone. So, I had to sit in a cafe and wait. Although I got the car back in time, I'm not sure whether the work was superior quality or not.  Yazzy is not there any more. What was more surprising is that the man on the reception had never heard of him.  Don't think I'll go back there for car service again.  -------------  Earlier review:  This is one of the most professional, friendly, honest and competent service team that I've come across. The manager Yazzy is a superstar. He is a very honest guy and will tell you what is not required in your vehicle service so that you don't waste your money. All work is done on time with utmost care. I got the tyres replaced and car serviced. After the job the car is running very smooth and I have done few long trips.

This is the great customer service I have had. My tyre was broken by a nail. I try to walk-in at Mycar Mount Waverley after I drop off kids at school. Yazzy helps me to get everything done within an hour. He notices I have a baby and the weather is not good. I appreciate what he does for me. When I go back home and talk to my neighbor about what I am having today. They said why you not choose another cheaper place, and said to me I can repair tyre anywhere. I just want to say The price doesn't mean everything. Great service is also very important. As mycar promises their clients “ they not only look after the car, they more care about the people who drive the car”. Highly recommended MyCar Mount Waverley.

Really appreciated Yazzy and his quick service. I had a battery issue, called at 830am, he helped me on the phone to check if they had the right fit, I popped in at 9am and was out by 10:15am. I couldn’t ask for more, he was extremely helpful given how busy it was in the shop at the time I went in. Location wise, there are shops opposite IGA, Woolies near by, etc so it was helpful to be able to do admin and walk around as opposed to just sit in a shop and wait.

Fantastic service and very friendly.  Our car had a small puncture in the front tyre.  I had made a booking but actually arrived early expecting I would have to wait.  They kindly looked at it straight away and fixed it on the spot whilst I waited.  Great and friendly service.  Would definitely recommend.

It is so frustrating to see that customers are left with poor experience at the ‘My Car’, Mount Waverly. I was a happy customer at your store, Chadstone. But since it is under construction these days, I had to see the branch at Mount Waverly to get a new tire and have one other repaired. But there response was utterly unqualifiable. First, they said me, they have to order a new one and come tomorrow. And said that the other one could not be checked and repaired since they had no workers to do it at that moment. I understand for the former,  they needed to order one. That’s ok. But the former? Ok. No worries. Anyway I visited the branch the following day. Then the manager gave me the new tire. But did not fix it to the wheel. And then when I asked him to let me have the tire fixed to the wheel, he just said that they don’t have time to. Now I am still having my new tire in my trunk and am using my spare wheel instead without being able to have it fixed

My car has shown lower pressure a few days ago, I made a call to mycar Mt Waverley, they immediately booked me in. And they repaired the tyre quickly. Actually I drove to other tyre repair place, they said no time available to fix my tyre, I had to wait the next day. I really thank you my car Mt Waverley professional and quick service! They worth 5 stars.

Rick is a lifesaver!  Had a screw in my tyre and my spare was flatmy fault, regularly check your tyres kids, despite being short staffed he fixed my flat, fixed the spare and even topped off the rest of the tyres.  MyCar has always been excellent to me and I will happily recommend them to anyone else.

Had a service and repair there recently. Now just a globe broke. Certainly a minor job but important for road safety in particular during the dark winter season. They refused to help me. The guys in Burwood are helping me and will get all future jobs..

I had a nail stuck in my tire but thankfully Rick, who worked here, was able to help me out. Great service and really friendly too.

Horrible staff, I had a popped tire on the 22/1 morning had to stop at the shop because I knew I can’t make it home without replacing. So first time I went in he simply said to call RACV because he was closing the shop when it was 11am. The open hour was until 12 and that’s why I drove there. Anyways it was 35degrees outside and I found out I’ve got a spare tire in the back so i went In again and asked if he could please help me to replace my spare tire because i didn’t know what to do. Again he said no. I had to ask the shell staff next door and he didn’t  hesitate at all when he was the only staff on that morning, was running in and out to help me and serve the customers so 5 star to shell and 0 for you
