Don't go there.  Rude and unhelpful.  Went in for a warranty claim on my Ryobi  battery mower and told to pay a $45 service fee for the warranty assessment, which might be refunded if they decide it was a defective unit.  Then told I need to leave the battery for testing.  I said that I needed the battery as I had other Ryobi products and I needed the battery to whipper snip and use the hand bag.  When I took a photo of the  battery, he snapped and complained that I didn't trust him, screwed up the paperwork and told me to get out.  I explained that I took a photo of the battery because I didn't want it mixed up with another one.  He said he didn't care and told me to get out and refused to deal with me and further .  I was polite and the only thing I did was to take a photo of my own battery.   Charging a fee for the assessment of a warranty claim is a breach of the Australian Consumer law.  I can only conclude that he refuse to further deal with me because (I) he did not want to accept the warranty claim or wanted the $45 fee (ii) he wanted my battery for some reason or (iii) he was irrational in his offence in relation to me taking the photo of the battery.  In any other event, the place is unreliable and I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.  Don't take the risk here.

This place charges $60 to change a spark plug .... $40 labour ,just wondering if they use their teeth to do it with .
I've never heard of anything so rude.
If you go there to get anything repaired make sure you get a quote of them first otherwise they will charge you through the nose.
I recommend going elsewhere.

A very helpful family business, they knew exactly what they were looking at, and were quick to sell me the parts I needed (already in stock, even though they were slightly obscure equipment).

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They also have a good selection of gardening equipment for sale,  though this wasn't what I needed on the day.
