Have been leasing a retail shop for the last 10 years. All business done by email ? Property managers Wendy,Paula and now Andrew. Sent a lease option to sign - I asked what the rent would be-Told- have to sign first-then get stuck in a costly battle and no way of getting out of lease. They forgot that I was broken into just before Christmas and had to fix the shop myself so I could trade..Agents are good when all is Ok but when things go bad so do they! By the way at least Andrew explains how it is.. As far as rating after my experianc they don't even deserve 1 star

Wow, landlords, please think twice before engage this agency and hand over your precious building/s! Very unprofessional, not returning calls or responding to inquiries. How could you expect this agent to find a good tenant for your investment property? Tenants, Would you like to deal with an agent who doesn't answer the call or call you back? No communication, no response to your inquiries, both online and phone calls. How do you expect to place your business in the building that's managed by this agent? Advise: find a better agent to deal with under any circumstances to save yourself stress and worry.
