Neb recently sold my unit in Dandenong North, and I highly recommend him and Del Real Estate. He sold it before it went on the market, and for a price I was very happy with! He made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Thanks :)

Having Neb as our selling agent for our house was the best decision we made, we choose Neb based on his local area knowledge and previous recommendations. 

In my experience I have found agents to hand ball the selling process to their subordinates But Neb made sure he himself organised the inspection and negotiation. He kept us informed at all stages never had to follow up.  

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to write one for Neb for the best and professional service he has offered and hopefully the other vendors may benefit my review. 

I recommend Neb for selling your high valued and biggest asset.

Worst real estate. So unprofessional and unsympathetic,  I’m a tenant in their house, they started construction around the house by force and threatened to make me pay 1 years worth of rent if I wanted to leave during construction when it wasn’t part of my contract. My heating and hot water was not working and when I called they dismissed me and hung up on my face and never came back to me. I ask for repairs as smoke was coming out of the light sockets and they made wait 2 months and only took action because I said I would send them the bills for repairs. Seems to me they are all about making the landlord money and tenants have no rights what so ever.

Very friendly and efficient real estate staff! Always very accommodating to your needs and happy to help with anything you may need. Only rented through them for 5 months before moving away and wish we could have brought them with us. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy!
