Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, been going here 17 years, has been a change of staff and management of late and the care factor of staff towards patrons now is Zero! Would love to see the friendliness that brought me here to start with as well as the efficient service I once admired. Now I can wait long periods with no one acknowledging me and serving me. POOR FORM!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Walked in tonight, being Fathers Day evening, with my family to have a quick drink. The barman, and I use the term loosely, had the worst attitude I have experienced in many years. His body language and level of rudeness was out of this world. When I called him out on his bad service and asked for the manager, he refused to serve me. I waited a little while until it became evident that he wasn't calling the manager and decided to leave. Any future patrons, please keep away from this establishment and give your business to other more worthy establishments who will welcome your custom. To the owners/managers, I suggest you address these issues promptly as staff like this are extremely bad for your business and certainly don't deserve to draw a wage.

Didn't get food. Only reason for 3* on food. 1* to venue. Staff members butt in when not needed. Talking to friends isn't ok here. Joking around or having fun is a no go. They will ask you to leave most likely. before they call the police? What the actual. Ya know But their $4 sandwiches kinda do earn the 3* Long time customer just didn't get food tonight.

Atmosphere is ok, but the English bald dude you hired takes life way too hard. Needs to smile more. Makes the atmosphere lacking for sure. Service is rated from the other staff members.Food: 2/5

This place feels like a pub should, I had a few well priced pints with some old friends, played some pool. 2nd time I’ve been there and likely will be our meeting point for a late night session in Melbourne going forward.

It's ok just usual kind of pokies and Tab venue but always short staffed and took ages to serve ppl.

Would not recommend , staff lazy, on their mobile phones or busy talking to each other in their language, Also they don't pay out the correct amount of your ticket if you win If you win 100.30 You'll receive 100 , This is with 90 percent of patrons, I'm sure this is illegal, What ever you do don't order a coffee , chances are , you won't receive it, It's obvious that staff forget that patrons pay money in their venue , which employs them , Bad reviews and lack of patrons , means no money at the venue , So no Jobs Asked a staff member to fix a machine , His response was no we're closing in an hour , so I left and went to a better venue

Great place to duck in and grab a beer out of the cold - takeaway food welcome to bring from the burger shops near by - Great beer stop on the way to the supermarket tooFood: 4/5
