Reservoir Railway Station isn't a very good train station at all considering the filthy conditions, after reporting the state of the disabled toilets to the service desk, returning three hours later and the condition was worse... dirty magazines on the floor with Vaseline and urine everywhere!nThis is not acceptable, there needs to be a higher standard and a little bit of compassion for the elderly and disablednDO BETTER METRO RESERVOIR!
Easy access to platforms, available are both elevators & stairwells. Toilets available on ground level with several male/female amenities along with baby changing stations. One male toilet does not lock, been like that for a while now I think. Water fountains on ground level, and level 1 for drinking/bottle refills available. The protective service officers on several occasions now have been utmost respectful & professional. I think it's lessened the duress people have experienced in the past without them. I guess they've also helped people with referrals to the best of their ability. Staff are friendly so far & I have no complaints. I guess everyone has different experiences in life but I find that a kind word to any human offering a service to the community for ease of travel & also safety deserves some credit for their work.
Car was damaged in their parking lot. The incompetent CCTV analyst failed to supply the police with correct video footage to aid a police criminal investigation. Will now sue all parties involved!
The lady this morning made me miss my train to work, I kept waiting for them knocking at the window and she was busy in coffee. While asking her politely she replied me I could have used machine as she got other things to do. Wow this is your customer service. Poor customer service kindly train your staff
For those who have to get off at Reservoir Station, beware of the people getting on the train, especially if it's heading into the city. They are the rudest and most self-important jerks you'll ever encounter. Every time I get off at Reservoir to go to uni, they always start walking onto the train before you can even get off. They never wait. Once the doors open, they immediately charge in, leaving you stuff all room, and stuff all opportunity, to get off. They even do it on bus replacement services: Don't wait for passengers to get off, they just hop on without any care for common courtesy. I don't don't what it is about this station and perhaps suburb, but everyone at Reservoir are literally poor excuses for human beings. So beware.
